Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

We strive to process all orders within 1 business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly within 1 business day via email/message/live chat.

  • We accept cancellations of purchase orders before the product is shipped.
  • If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to return the product after receiving it. The return shipping cost will be borne by the consumer.
  • If your order is successfully returned, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days from the date of return.
  • Please note: Once we process your refund, your financial institution may take an additional 3-7 business days to process it.

Customer Service Hours (Pacific Time, California):

  • Daylight Saving Time: 8 AM – 3:59 AM the next day
  • Standard Time: 9 AM – 3:59 AM the next day (excluding all holidays)

Return Conditions:

Products can be returned and refunded for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date as long as they are undamaged. We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the items. Returns must include all accessories.

  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For customers requesting a refund, Sofabaton will only refund the cost of the product.
  • If the item does not include all accessories or original packaging, the return may be refused.
  • If no quality issues are found, the customer may be charged for shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer must bear the return shipping cost, which depends on the courier company chosen. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost for this reason.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Request a Refund: Customers must contact our support team (email/message/live chat) to obtain return authorization before sending any products back to Sofabaton.
  2. Send Your Product: If your return is approved through our inspection, you can send the item to the address provided by our support team. Please notify us after shipping and provide the tracking number.
  3. Inspection: After receiving your product, Sofabaton will conduct a thorough inspection. If it is determined that the product has a performance fault, Sofabaton will initiate the refund or replacement process. Inspection may take 1-3 business days.
  4. Refund or Replacement: The refund or replacement process may take 3-10 business days. If you have not received your refund or replacement after 14 business days, please contact us via email/message/live chat.

Buyers Must Bear Shipping Costs in the Following Cases:

  • Returning products for any reason other than confirmed defects
  • Accidental returns by the buyer
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in normal working condition
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return outside of the approved warranty process)

Limited Warranty:

If your product experiences a functional failure within the valid warranty period (12 months), you can apply for our product warranty service.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products beyond the warranty period
  • Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs conducted by third parties
  • Damage caused by external factors
  • Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: dropping, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation)
  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers

Sofabaton is Not Responsible For:

  • Data loss resulting from the use of Sofabaton products.
  • Any damage or loss occurring during shipping for non-quality related returns. We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping due to non-quality related warranty claims.
