Can not switch inputs

Generally, TV, Projector, AV receiver, and other devices must complete Source configuration before setting input in Activity. Please refer to the article Source Configuration or the Video Tutorial to check whether your device has been configured.

Suppose your device’s Activity has already set input but cannot switch the input when starting the Activity from the off state. In that case, it may be because the device takes too long to power on and cannot respond to the Activity command to switch the input in time. To solve this issue, you need to follow these steps:

Open Sofabaton App –>> Activity –>> Edit –> Startup settings –> Add a delay–>> Move the delay to the commands between the startup and switch input –>> Save
