The power button is not working

There are multiple possible solutions for power switch anomalies.

Please choose the corresponding solution according to your actual situation.

1. There are multiple power buttons. Please check the Device Control page of the app, click the “…” in the lower right corner to view all commands, and confirm whether there are other power commands in the code library. If there are multiple power commands simultaneously, you can click to try other commands to see if they work. At the same time, please modify the default command of the power switch in Edit-Power settings to ensure that the correct power command is used when the Activity automatically controls the device.
2. The device needs a long press or compound action to turn on or off. If turning your device on and off requires a long press of the power button or additional actions, you can modify the command sequence for power control through Edit-Power settings, set the power on and off to long press the power button, or add extra commands. After saving, you can directly turn the power on and off through the virtual power button on the Device Control page.
