I am unable to learn the commands from my original remote
When it comes to IR learning it refers to learning from other IR remotes. Therefore, the learning function only supports IR-controlled devices, not RF, Bluetooth, or WiFi-controlled devices. If your device can only be controlled by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, this function is unsuitable.
Please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue:
- Make sure there are no obstructions between the two remotes and keep them close to each other.
- Restart the learning process thrice and check if the issue is resolved.
- If you can’t learn by long-pressing the button, please try it with Click, as you usually do with TV, and then release it immediately.
