I’m having trouble charging my remote control.

It is essential to use the original charging cable and charger to determine if there is a reaction. Please note that the X1 remote control specifically supports USB-A to USB-C charging cables only. Therefore, it is incompatible with USB-C output chargers or USB-C to USB-C charging cables.

If you cannot charge the remote control with the original charging cable, please take a video of the remote charging using USB-A to USB-C and send it to customer service. Please send your address and order number to the customer service email service@sofabaton.com along with the video. They will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
